Remove all packaging. Always cook from frozen.

To Oven:  Pre heat oven to 220°C /Fan 180°C /Gas 7. Place falafels onto an oiled baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 15 minutes.

To Grill: Pre-heat grill to medium. Place falafels under grill for 12 minutes, turning regularly.

All appliances vary. These are guidelines only. Once cooked, ensure product is piping hot before serving.
