Remove all packaging. Always cook from frozen.

To Oven:  Pre heat oven to 200°C /Fan 180°C /Gas 6. Place sausages onto an oiled baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 19-20 minutes.

To Grill: Pre-heat grill to medium. Place sausages under grill for 12-13 minutes, turning regularly.

To Pan Fry: Pre heat 10ml of oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Add sausages to the pan and fry over a medium heat for 11 minutes, turning frequently.

To BBQ: Wait until coals have turned white. Brush each sausage with a little oil and cook for 13-14 minutes, turning frequently but carefully.
